Drug Formulary
A drug formulary is a list of FDA-approved drugs, carefully chosen by our Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee for their medical effectiveness and value. AmeriHealth will generally cover the drugs listed in our formulary as long as the drug is medically necessary, the prescription is filled at an AmeriHealth network pharmacy, and other plan rules are followed. For more information on how to fill your prescriptions, please review your Evidence of Coverage. Contact Us if you cannot locate a copy of your EOC.
